MSD Documents. Di Indonesia sendiri kegiatan MSD Documents ini lebih dekat dikenal dengan sebutan Aplikasi Surat Masuk dan Keluar. Yups...!!! Seperti yang sudah aku katakan diatas, kegiatan yang satu ini berfungsi sebagai wadah penyimpanan banyak sekali surat-surat yang dianggap sangat penting oleh suatu forum instansi. Bertujuan faktual untuk menyusun banyak sekali dokumen dengan cara yang gampang dan ter-struktur, sanggup memperoleh data dengan banyak sekali cara, dikelompokkan menurut proyek, klien, jenis dokumen, lokasi, penulis, dan lain sebagainya.

MSD Documents is a complete document management software and correspondence software that provides two main modules useful for companies, government agencies and professionals. A Document Manager that allows to catalog documents in an easy and structured way, being able to obtain the data in many different ways, grouped by project, client, type of document, location, author, etc.

A Correspondence Manager that allows to catalog document correspondence, with automatic document numbering or with manual numbering controlled by the user, being able to obtain the data in many different ways, grouped by project, client, sender, addressee, type of document, location, etc.
MSD Documents features a first class data management technology, that allows to sort, group and filter the information by any field or combination of fields. Any combination of sorting, grouping or filtering can be visualized or printed in a report and also can be saved to disk in order to be recovered at any time.

The advanced data management technology of this document software allows to see, for example, the documents grouped by project and client, by document type and location or by creation and modification date. The possibilities are infinite.
This document management software allows to catalog the documents by location, using a hierarchic structure with no depth limit, with which a structure like the following can be easily obtained: Building, floor, office, bookcase, shelf, folder, etc.
